Delete your account

You can delete your Brickhaven account and all its data at any time.

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Brickhaven and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Send a request through the contact form (topic “Delete my account”) or email support@brickhaven.app, using the email address of your account. To make sure the request is really yours, we may ask you to confirm it from that address. We delete the account within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and password), your collection with all copies, notes and photos, your wishlist and gift link, loose bricks, your own sets and their photos – everything, for good. Sets we took into the public catalogue from your suggestions stay in the catalogue, with no link to you. Backup copies at our service provider are overwritten after a short time. Want to keep your data? Export it first in the app under Account → Export data.
